Glenzocimab in Anterior stroke with Large Ischemic Core eligible for Endovascular therapy
This study looks at a new drug, Glenzocimab, for people who have had a severe stroke. It aims to see if the drug helps people recover better three months after their stroke, especially when combined with standard clot removal procedures.

GREEN A randomized, double-blind, multi-center, placebo-controlled, efficacity and safety study of glenzocimab used as an add-on therapy on top of mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke
This study, called GREEN, is testing a new drug called glenzocimab for people who have had a stroke. It wants to see if adding glenzocimab to standard treatment helps patients recover better and quickly after their stroke. The study is checking how well it works and if it's safe.
