BBB-PET; Evaluation of [18F]MC225 to measure P-glycoprotein function in neurodegenerative disease

This study is looking for better ways to measure how a protective barrier in the brain, called the blood-brain barrier, works in people with Alzheimer's, a type of brain bleed, or Parkinson's disease. It uses a special brain scan called a PET scan with a new tracer to see how well this barrier is working.
