GEN1042 Safety Trial and Anti-tumor Activity in Participants With Malignant Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new cancer medicine, GEN1042, both by itself and with other treatments. It's for people with certain advanced solid tumours where standard treatments haven't worked or aren't available. The main goals are to check its safety and see how well it fights cancer.

Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Plus Lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) Plus Chemotherapy in Participants With Metastatic Esophageal Carcinoma (MK-7902-014/E7080-G000-320/LEAP-014)
This study tested new drug combinations for advanced oesophageal cancer. It looked at pembrolizumab with lenvatinib and chemotherapy, versus pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, to see which worked best and was safest. The study has now stopped, with no safety concerns being the reason.

A Study of Encorafenib Plus Cetuximab With or Without Chemotherapy in People With Previously Untreated Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced bowel cancer that has spread and has a specific gene change (BRAF). It compares these new combinations with standard chemotherapy to see which works best for people who haven't had treatment for their spread cancer.

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo in Participants With Esophageal Carcinoma Who Are Receiving Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy (MK-3475-975/KEYNOTE-975)
This study looks at a new drug, pembrolizumab, for certain types of oesophageal cancer. It compares giving pembrolizumab alongside standard chemotherapy and radiotherapy with giving a dummy drug (placebo) with the same standard treatment. We want to see if the new drug can help people live longer or prevent the cancer from coming back.
