This study is testing a new medicine, TOL2, for generalised myasthenia gravis. It's looking at how safe the medicine is, how well people can tolerate it, and if it affects the body's immune system. This is an early-stage UK trial.

Danish trial of beta blocker treatment after myocardial infarction without reduced ejection fraction (DANBLOCK)
This study, called DANBLOCK, is looking into whether common heart medications called beta-blockers help people who have had a heart attack but whose heart is still pumping well. It aims to see if these medications can prevent future heart problems and improve overall health.
