An Open-label, Randomized, Three-period, Crossover Study to compare the Pharmacokinetics of GB1211 upon dosing a capsule under fasting condition and a tablet under fasting and fed conditions in healthy volunteers.
This study is testing a new medicine in healthy volunteers. It looks at how the body handles the medicine when given in different forms (capsule or tablet) and with or without food. The aim is to understand how the medicine behaves in the body.

An open label study followed by a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group and an extension study to investigate the safety and efficacy of GB1211 (a galectin-3 inhibitor) in combination with atezolizumab in patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
This study looks at a new drug, GB1211, combined with an existing one, atezolizumab (Tecentriq), for non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and how well it works to shrink tumours or stop them from growing. It involves different study parts.
