Functional lung avoidance planning guided by lung perfusion PET/CT versus anatomical planning for lung stereotactic body radiotherapy: a double blinded, randomized, controlled trial
This study compares two ways to plan radiation treatment for lung cancer. It aims to see which method causes fewer lung problems. Patients will receive a special scan and have their health and quality of life checked regularly for a year after treatment.

68Ga-FAPI PET/CT imaging to assess pulmonary artery and right ventricle remodeling SoFAPI study
This study uses a special scan called a PET/CT with a medicine called 68Ga-FAPI to look at the blood vessels in the lungs and the right side of the heart in people with a lung condition called Pulmonary Hypertension. We want to see how these parts change during treatment.
