- Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Exploratory study evaluating the relevance of [68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor for initial staging and detection of minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma patients eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation less than 66 years included in the prospective IFM 2020-02.
This study looks at a new type of scan, called [68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor, for people under 66 with multiple myeloma. It checks how well this scan finds the cancer when first diagnosed and helps track if any cancer cells remain after treatment.
For: Multiple MyelomaFrance - Ongoing, recruitingTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
A pivotal phase 3 clinical trial to assess the diagnostic performance and safety of [68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor ([68Ga]Ga-PTF), a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent, versus [18F]FDG PET/CT imaging, for staging of patients with confirmed marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) exemplary for CXCR4-positive malignant lymphomas: a prospective, international, multi-center, comparative, randomized, cross-over, open-label lymphoma diagnostic trial (LYMFOR).
This study compares two types of body scans for people with marginal zone lymphoma (a type of cancer). It aims to see if a newer scan ([68Ga]Ga-PentixaFor PET/CT) is better or as good as the standard scan ([18F]FDG PET/CT) at finding cancer cells in the body.

CHEMOKINE RECEPTOR CXCR4-DIRECTED THERANOSTICS OF ADVANCED LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE CANCERS BY RADIOPEPTIDE-BASED IMAGING AND THERAPY: THE COLPRIT PHASE I/II STUDY
This study is testing a new way to find and treat advanced non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It uses special substances to help doctors see the cancer better and then deliver targeted radiation therapy. The aim is to find a safe dose and see how well it works.
For: Non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL)Germany - AuthorisedTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Accuracy for Imaging Cardiac Sarcoidosis with 68Ga-Pentixafor Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT): ASPECT study
This study looks at a new scan called 68Ga-Pentixafor PET/CT to help doctors find and understand a heart condition called cardiac sarcoidosis more clearly. It compares it to a more common scan.
For: Cardiac SarcoidosisNetherlands
