An open label, single-arm, phase 2 study of neoadjuvant PEMbrolizumab before radical PROstatectomy (PEM-PRO) in high-risk prostate cancer patients

The Role of Imaging Guided Surgery to Improve the Detection of Lymph Node metastases in Prostate Cancer Patients Treated with Radical Prostatectomy and Extended Pelvic Lymph Node Dissection
This study looks at a new way to help surgeons find tiny prostate cancer cells that might have spread to nearby lymph nodes. By using special scans just before surgery, doctors hope to remove more cancer, helping men with prostate cancer get the best possible treatment.
For: Patients with prostate cancer (PCa) who are candidate to undergo surgical treatment with robot-assisted radical prostatectomy with a risk of lymph nodal invasion > 5% according to preoperative data
