Randomized Multi-center Clinical Trial to Assess Effectiveness and Safety of Tirofiban Versus Intravenous Aspirin in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke Secondary to Tandem Injury, Subject to Recanalization Therapy Through Endovascular Treatment

This study is looking at two different medicines after treatment for a severe type of stroke. It compares a blood-thinning medicine called Tirofiban with aspirin to see which is safer and works better to prevent more problems after the stroke treatment.
