Long-Term Safety of Lutetium (177Lu) Vipivotide Tetraxetan in Participants With Prostate Cancer
This study is looking into the long-term safety of a treatment called AAA617 for prostate cancer. It follows people who've already received AAA617 in previous research studies to see how they're doing over time and to learn more about any potential delayed side effects.

An Open-label Study Comparing Lutetium (177Lu) Vipivotide Tetraxetan Versus Observation in PSMA Positive OMPC.
This study looks at a new treatment called AAA617 for men with early-stage prostate cancer that has spread a little (oligometastatic). It compares AAA617 to careful watching, to see if it can stop the cancer from growing and help men live better for longer.

A Study of Radiation Dosimetry, Safety, and Tolerability of Extended Lutetium (177Lu) Vipivotide Tetraxetan Treatment in Chemo-naïve Adults With Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer: RADIOpharmaceutical DOSimetry Evaluation (RADIODOSE) Study
This study looks at a new drug, AAA617, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. We want to find the safest dose, check for side effects, and see how well it works when given for a longer time.
