A Study to Compare the Response to Treatment With Abatacept vs Adalimumab, on Background Methotrexate, in Adults With Early, Seropositive, and Shared Epitope-positive Rheumatoid Arthritis and an Inadequate Response to Methotrexate
This study compares two treatments, abatacept and adalimumab, for adults with early, severe rheumatoid arthritis who haven't responded well to methotrexate. It aims to see which treatment is better at reducing arthritis symptoms and improving quality of life.

A multicenter, randomized, open-label, blinded-assessor, phase 4 study in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis to compare active conventional therapy versus three biologic treatments, and two de-escalation strategies in patients who respond to treatment.

A Randomized Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled Trial of Abatacept (CTLA4-Ig) in Giant Cell Arteritis (ABAGART)
This study is looking into a new medicine called abatacept for a condition called Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA). We want to see if abatacept can help people stay well without symptoms compared to a dummy medicine, focusing on how patients feel and their safety over 12 months.
