Efficacy and Safety Study of Acasunlimab as Monotherapy and in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory, Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cutaneous Melanoma That Progressed On or After Treatment With a Checkpoint Inhibitor
This study is looking at a new medicine called Acasunlimab, by itself and with another drug Pembrolizumab (Keytruda), for people with an advanced skin cancer called melanoma. It’s for melanoma that has come back or spread after previous treatment with checkpoint inhibitors.

Trial to Evaluate Acasunlimab and Pembrolizumab Combination Superiority Over Standard of Care Docetaxel in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (ABBIL1TY NSCLC-06)
This study looks at a new drug combination, acasunlimab and pembrolizumab, for a type of lung cancer that has spread or is advanced. It compares this combination to a standard chemotherapy, docetaxel, in people who have already had certain other treatments.
