A Study to Evaluate the Effects of ACI-7104.056 in Patients With Early Stages of Parkinson's Disease

This study is looking for people with early Parkinson's disease to test a new treatment called ACI-7104.056. We want to see if it's safe, how the body reacts to it, and if it could help. Participants will receive either the study medicine or a dummy treatment (placebo) by injection.
