An Open-label, Phase 2 Study of ACP-196 (Acalabrutinib) in Subjects With Mantle Cell Lymphoma
This study is testing a new medicine, acalabrutinib (ACP-196), for people with Mantle Cell Lymphoma whose previous treatments haven't worked or stopped working. Researchers want to see how safe and effective this daily tablet is for fighting the cancer.

A Study of ACP-196 (Acalabrutinib) in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory CLL and Intolerant of Ibrutinib Therapy
This study is looking at a new medicine called acalabrutinib for people with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL). It's for patients whose CLL has come back or not responded to previous treatments, and who couldn't tolerate treatment with another medicine called ibrutinib.
