The Effect of Lemongrass on Aerobic Performance

This study looks at how lemongrass extract might affect athletic fitness and men's sexual health. Healthy men will exercise regularly for six weeks, taking either lemongrass or a dummy pill, to see if lemongrass helps with exercise performance and overall well-being.
