A Study to Evaluate the Benefit of Adding Durvalumab After Chemotherapy, Durvalumab and Surgery in Patients With Early-stage, Operable, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.

This study is looking at extra treatment with a drug called durvalumab after surgery for certain early-stage lung cancers. It aims to see if this additional medicine helps people stay cancer-free for longer after initial chemotherapy and surgery.
