Phase III Trial of Anaplastic Glioma Without 1p/19q Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH)
This study looks at treating a type of brain tumour called anaplastic glioma. It compares standard radiation treatment with adding a drug called temozolomide. Researchers want to see if adding temozolomide during or after radiation helps people live longer and improves their quality of life.

Observing Young Patients With Ependymoma Undergoing Standard Combination Chemotherapy

POSNOC - A Trial Looking at Axillary Treatment in Early Breast Cancer
This study, called POSNOC, looks at whether women with early breast cancer and a small number of affected lymph nodes can skip extra armpit surgery or radiotherapy, and just have standard drug treatment. We want to see if this is just as effective.
