Ado-trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) clinical trials

DS-8201a Versus T-DM1 for Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-Positive, Unresectable and/or Metastatic Breast Cancer Previously Treated With Trastuzumab and Taxane [DESTINY-Breast03]

This study compares two treatments, trastuzumab deruxtecan and trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1), for advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. It looks at how well they work and if they are safe for patients who have already had certain other treatments.
