A Phase II, Open-Label, Multi-Center Study to Compare the Pharmacokinetics of Tacrolimus in Stable Pediatric Allograft Recipients Converted from a Prograf® Based Immunosuppressive Regimen to a Tacrolimus Prolonged Release, Advagraf® Based Immunosuppressive Regimen, Including a Long-Term Follow Up
This study looks at how a medicine called tacrolimus works in children who have had an organ transplant. Researchers want to compare two versions, Prograf and Advagraf, to see how well they prevent the body from rejecting the new organ, and if Advagraf is a good long-term option.

Personalized Use of Resources Study (PURE)
This study, PURE, looks at how different versions of a medicine called tacrolimus work in kidney transplant patients.
