An Evaluation of the AeriSeal System for CONVERTing Collateral Ventilation Status in Patients With Severe Emphysema

This study looks at treating severe emphysema. It uses a special foam (AeriSeal System) to help prepare the lungs for a valve treatment (Zephyr Valve) that can reduce breathing problems. It aims to see if the foam is safe and effective.
