- AuthorisedPhase II and Phase III (Integrated)
A randomized double-masked, multicenter, 3-arm, pivotal Phase 2/3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravitreal (IVT) EYE201/MK-8748 compared to aflibercept (2 mg) in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (NVAMD)
This study is looking at a new eye treatment, EYE201, for a serious eye condition called wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). It compares EYE201 to an existing treatment, aflibercept, to see which is better at improving vision over one year.

PRODIGE 54 SAMCO : MULTICENTER RANDOMIZED PHASE II STUDY COMPARING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND TOLERANCE OF AVELUMAB VERSUS STANDARD 2nd LINE TREATMENT CHEMOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH COLORECTAL METASTATIC CANCER WITH MICROSATELLITE INSTABILITY (MSI)
This study compares a new drug, avelumab, with standard chemotherapy for advanced bowel cancer that has spread and has specific genetic changes (microsatellite instability). We want to see if avelumab can stop the cancer from growing for longer.
