An Observational Study to Collect Data on How Aflibercept (Eylea) Given Using a Paediatric Dosing Device is Used in Preterm Babies With Retinopathy of Prematurity in the United Kingdom (UK)
This study looks at how a medicine called aflibercept (Eylea) is used for premature babies in the UK who have an eye condition called Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP). It's an information-gathering study to see how many babies are treated this way and to consider future research.

Pivotal 2 Study of RGX-314 Gene Therapy in Participants With nAMD
This study is testing a new, one-time gene therapy called ABBV-RGX-314 for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). It aims to see if this treatment can improve vision and reduce the need for frequent eye injections, compared to the standard treatment, aflibercept (EYLEA®).
