Study of AG-120 (Ivosidenib) vs. Placebo in Combination With Azacitidine in Participants With Previously Untreated Acute Myeloid Leukemia With an IDH1 Mutation
This study looks at a new drug (AG-120) combined with a standard treatment (azacitidine) for adults newly diagnosed with a specific type of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) that has a particular gene change (IDH1 mutation). It compares this combination to azacitidine alone to see if it works better.
