This study is testing a new medicine, TOL2, for generalised myasthenia gravis. It's looking at how safe the medicine is, how well people can tolerate it, and if it affects the body's immune system. This is an early-stage UK trial.

Efficacy and safety of allogenic cultured Adipose-derived mesenchymal stromal cell injections on MoUth fibrosis and handicap in patients with Systemic sclEroderma
This study is looking at a new treatment for mouth problems caused by Systemic Sclerosis. It uses special cells injected to see if they can reduce mouth stiffness and improve daily activities. Researchers will check if patients feel better and if the treatment is safe.
