A Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of ALE1 in Healthy Adults and Adults With Hypophosphatasia in Order to Identify Suitable Doses of ALE1
This study is looking into a new medicine called ALE1 for a rare bone condition called Hypophosphatasia (HPP). It will first check if ALE1 is safe in healthy adults, then see how it works in adults with HPP. The aim is to find suitable doses.

A Randomised, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind, Single-Ascending Dose and Multiple-Ascending Dose First-In-Human Study to Investigate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of Orally Administered ALE1 With or Without Food in Healthy Adult Participants and Adult Patients With Hypophosphatasia
This study is testing a new medicine, ALE1, for a condition called Hypophosphatasia (HPP). We are looking at its safety and how the body handles it in healthy people and those with HPP, starting with small doses.
