Ruxolitinib vs Allogeneic SCT for Patients With Myelofibrosis According to Donor Availability
This study looks at treating a bone marrow condition called myelofibrosis. We compare if a stem cell transplant, after starting with a medicine called ruxolitinib, is better than just continuing ruxolitinib for people who don't have a suitable donor.

Phase III Study of Induction and Consolidation Chemotherapy With Venetoclax in Patients With Newly Diagnosed AML or MDS-EB-2
This study is for adults aged 18-75 recently diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) or certain types of Myelodysplastic Syndrome. It tests a new drug, venetoclax, alongside standard chemotherapy, to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.
