SCARR : « Allogenic Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stromal Cells for the treatment of chronic renal (cABMR) graft rejection »
This study looks at treating kidney transplant rejection with special cells from umbilical cords. We want to see if these cells can help transplanted kidneys work better for longer in adults who have a specific type of rejection that hasn't responded to usual treatments.
For: Adult Patients kidney transplant recipients who have developed chronic humoral rejection · diagnosed through a kidney biopsy (Banff 2017 Classification) · resistant to conventional treatment (3 injections at one-month intervals of 2g/kg of IVIG)
