Autologous Muscle Derived Cells Compared to Placebo for Urinary Sphincter Repair in Post-surgical Female Stress Incontinence

This study looks at a new treatment for women with stress urinary incontinence, especially after surgery. It compares injecting a patient's own muscle cells into the bladder area with a dummy treatment (placebo) to see if it reduces leaks.
