Treatment of vascular stiffness in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
This study is looking at ways to improve blood vessel health in people with Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). It compares a high-salt diet to a potato starch placebo and tests a common medication called amiloride to see how it affects blood vessel stiffness.

AMIND - AMIloride for the treatment of Nephrogenic Diabetes insipidus for patients with bipolar disorder treated with lithium: a randomized controlled trial
This study looks at a medicine called amiloride for people with bipolar disorder who take lithium. Lithium can sometimes cause a kidney problem called nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, which makes you very thirsty and pass a lot of urine. We want to see if amiloride can help reduce these symptoms.
For: Patients treated with lithium carbonate for a bipolar disorder treated for at least 5 years and with a urine concentration defect.France
