SPARE : Evaluation of a therapeutic strategy to reduce the duration of antibiotic therapy for community-acquired alveolar pneumonia in children: a randomized controlled non-inferiority trial

This study is looking at how long children with a type of lung infection (pneumonia) need to take antibiotics. It compares shorter courses of amoxicillin with the usual longer courses to see if shorter treatment works just as well and is safe for kids.
