A Study of Ifinatamab Deruxtecan Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice in Subjects With Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is looking at a new medicine called ifinatamab deruxtecan (I-DXd) for small cell lung cancer that has come back. It compares I-DXd to standard treatments to see if it works better and is safe.

Study Comparing Tarlatamab With Standard of Care Chemotherapy in Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study is looking at a new treatment called Tarlatamab for advanced small cell lung cancer that has come back after earlier treatment. We want to see if Tarlatamab helps people live longer compared to standard chemotherapy.
