This study is looking at a new medicine called linsitinib for people with a condition called Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). It wants to see how well it works and if it's safe. It's a follow-up to an earlier study, checking if the medicine helps reduce bulging eyes over time.

This study is testing a new tablet medicine called linsitinib for people with moderate to severe Thyroid Eye Disease (TED). Researchers want to see if it's safe and helps improve bulging eyes after 24 weeks, compared to a dummy tablet.
