PRODIGE 51 - GASTFOX: Phase III randomised trial evaluating FOLFOX with or without DOCETAXEL (TFOX) as 1st line chemotherapy for locally advanced or metastatic oesophago-gastric adenocarcinoma

This study is looking at a new way to treat advanced stomach and gullet cancer. It compares a standard chemotherapy treatment with the same treatment plus an extra drug to see if it helps people live longer without their cancer growing. It involves adults with this type of cancer.
