A Phase 3, Multicenter, Prospective, Randomized, Double-blind Study of Two Treatment Regimens for Candidemia and/or Invasive Candidiasis: Intravenous Echinocandin followed by Oral Ibrexafungerp versus Intravenous Echinocandin followed by Oral Fluconazole (MARIO)
This study looks at new treatments for serious fungal infections called candidemia and invasive candidiasis. We are comparing a new medicine, ibrexafungerp, with an existing one, fluconazole, to see which works better and is safer after initial treatment with another antifungal.

CANDISHORT : A randomized study of a short duration therapy for candidemia
This study is looking at shorter treatments for a fungal blood infection called candidemia. It compares different common antifungal medicines to see which shorter treatment helps patients recover best and reduces side effects. The goal is to find better ways to fight candidemia.
