An Efficacy and Safety Study of Intravenous Anifrolumab to Treat Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Pediatric Participants
This study is looking into a new medicine called Anifrolumab for children aged 5 to 17 with a serious form of lupus. It aims to see if it's safe and helps control lupus symptoms, compared to a dummy medicine, over a long period.

A Phase III Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Anifrolumab in Adults With Chronic and/or Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus
This study is looking into a new treatment called anifrolumab for adults with a skin condition called cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). It aims to see if anifrolumab is effective and safe compared to a dummy treatment.
