A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Multicenter Study of Ravulizumab in Adult and Adolescent Participants who have Thrombotic Microangiopathy (TMA) after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT)
This study is testing a new medicine called Ultomiris to see if it can help adults who get a serious side effect called TMA after a stem cell transplant. It's comparing Ultomiris to a dummy treatment.

This study looks at a new medicine called Ultomiris to see if it can protect the kidneys of people with existing kidney problems who are having heart surgery. It aims to reduce serious kidney complications after the operation.
