Discontinuation of Antithrombotic Treatment Following Patent Foramen Ovale Closure in Young Patients With Cryptogenic Stroke

This study looks at stopping blood-thinning medicine a year after a heart procedure called PFO closure. It's for younger people who had a stroke with no clear cause. We want to see if stopping this medicine is safe and if it lowers the risk of bleeding while still preventing new strokes.
