A Study of Milvexian Versus Apixaban in Participants With Atrial Fibrillation

This study is comparing two medicines, milvexian and apixaban, for people with an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation. We want to see if milvexian is just as good as apixaban at stopping serious problems like strokes, which can happen with this condition.
