Study to Assess Safety, Feasibility, and Preliminary Efficacy of the Apreo Implant for Severe Emphysema

This study is testing a new implant called Apreo for severe emphysema. It's looking at how safe it is, if it's practical to use, and if it helps people breathe better. It involves up to 30 people in Europe and the UK.
