A Phase 2 Open-label, multicenter study to evaluate efficacy and safety of ZN-c3 in Adult Women with Recurrent or Persistent Uterine Serous Carcinoma
This study is testing a new medicine, ZN-c3, for women with a type of womb cancer called uterine serous carcinoma that has come back or is still present. It aims to see how well the medicine works and if it has any side effects.

J2R-MC-YAAD: A Phase 2, Double-blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate LY3537021 for the Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting in Adult Participants With Malignant Disease
This study is looking into a new medicine called LY3537021 (also known as Lagipra) to help prevent sickness and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. It compares the new medicine to a dummy pill (placebo) and other common anti-sickness treatments in adults having cancer treatment.
