A Phase 2a, Double-Blinded, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, and Active-Treatment Extension Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity of ARGX-119 in Participants With Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
This study is looking at a new medicine called ARGX-119 for people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Motor Neurone Disease. It's an early-stage trial trying to find out if the medicine is safe, how well people tolerate it, and if it could help. Some people will get the active medicine, and others will get a dummy medicine.

A Phase 1b Study to Investigate Safety and Tolerability of ARGX-119 in Adult Participants With DOK7-Congenital Myasthenic Syndromes (CMS)
