Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of AT 1501 in Patients Undergoing Kidney Transplant

Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of Tegoprubart in Kidney Transplant Recipients
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a new drug, tegoprubart (also called AT-1501), compared to a standard drug, tacrolimus. It's for people who have had a kidney transplant to help prevent their body from rejecting the new kidney.
