Atrasentan in Patients With Proteinuric Glomerular Diseases
This study looks at a new medicine called atrasentan for people with certain kidney diseases. It aims to see if atrasentan can help reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function. Different groups of patients with kidney conditions like IgA nephropathy and diabetic kidney disease are being included.

Atrasentan in Patients With IgA Nephropathy
This study is testing a new medicine, atrasentan, for people with a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy. It compares atrasentan to a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it can slow down kidney damage and improve kidney function.

A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Crossover Study of Atrasentan in Subjects with IgA Nephropathy on Sodium-glucose Cotransporter-2 Inhibitors (SGLT2i) (The ASSIST study)
This study looks at a new medicine called atrasentan for people with a kidney condition called IgA nephropathy. It compares atrasentan with a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it helps reduce protein in the urine, even if participants are already taking another kidney medicine called an SGLT2 inhibitor.
