Hybrid Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation in Heart Failure

This study looks at a new way to treat persistent atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat) in people who also have heart failure. It compares a combined treatment (hybrid ablation) with the usual treatment to see which works best at keeping a steady heart rhythm.
