(PIONEER) Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Avapritinib (BLU-285), A Selective KIT Mutation-targeted Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, Versus Placebo in Patients With Indolent Systemic Mastocytosis
This study is testing a new drug called avapritinib for people with a type of mastocytosis called indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM). It compares avapritinib with a dummy pill (placebo) to see if it helps control symptoms better and is safe.
