Phase 1/2 Study of Avutometinib (VS-6766) + Sotorasib With or Without Defactinib in KRAS G12C NSCLC Patients

This study is looking at new drug combinations for a type of lung cancer called NSCLC with a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C). It checks how safe and effective these combinations are, including if a patient has taken similar drugs before or not.
