avutometinib (VS-6766) and defactinib clinical trials

A Study of Avutometinib (VS-6766) v. Avutometinib (VS-6766) + Defactinib in Recurrent Low-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer With and Without a KRAS Mutation

This study is looking at new treatments for a specific type of ovarian cancer called low-grade serous ovarian cancer. We want to see if a new drug, avutometinib, works well alone or with another drug, defactinib, for those whose cancer has returned.
