Axillary Management in Breast Cancer Patients With Needle Biopsy Proven Nodal Metastases After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

This study looks at breast cancer patients whose lymph nodes cleared after chemotherapy. We want to see if skipping further surgery or radiation to their armpit causes fewer side effects like swelling, without making their cancer return more often compared to standard treatment.
