AZD0486 1L Therapy for Elderly or Unfit Participants With LBCL
This study is testing a new treatment, AZD0486, for older or less-fit people recently diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called Large B-cell Lymphoma. It compares the new treatment combined with standard therapy against the standard therapy alone.

AZD0486 as Monotherapy in B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
This study is testing a new medicine called AZD0486 for people with a type of blood cancer called B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (B-ALL). It aims to find out if it's safe, what dose works best, and if it can help fight the cancer when other treatments haven't worked.
