A Phase 2a Randomised, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of AZD4604 Twice Daily for Twelve Weeks in Adult Patients with Moderate to Severe Asthma Uncontrolled on Medium-High Dose ICS-LABA
This study is testing a new medicine, AZD4604, for adults with asthma that isn't well controlled, even with their usual inhalers. We want to see if it helps reduce asthma flare-ups and improve breathing, comparing it to a dummy medicine.

A Randomised, Double-blind, Parallel Group, Placebo Controlled, 4-Week, Phase II Study to Evaluate the Effect of AZD4604 on Airway Inflammation and Biomarkers in Adults with Asthma - Artemisia study
This study, called Artemisia, is looking at a new medicine called AZD4604 to see if it can help people with asthma. Researchers want to understand how the medicine affects inflammation in the airways over four weeks, compared to a dummy medicine.
